UK & Ireland Delivery

We’re based in Fife, Scotland, and can deliver our products throughout the United Kingdom. We offer two delivery options: standard delivery via Royal Mail standard delivery service, and tracked delivery via Royal Mail’s Track and Trace 48 service. The total cost of these services are visible at checkout.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we currently can’t deliver our goods to non-UK countries as standard. We’re working on it, though, and we hope to be able to provide this service at some point in future. In the meantime if you’d still very much like to receive our items abroad we may be able to arrange a one-time solution, but we make no guarantees about shipping or customs costs - sorry!

Payments

All payments for our products are handled securely by our reputable third-party payment providers Stripe or PayPal. We accept most forms of debit card, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay and PayPal. For more information on how your personal data is used, see our Privacy Policy.

 
 

 Returns & Rights

Refunds

If you feel you’ve been sold an item that’s damaged or defective - or if you wish to cancel your order while the item is new and unused - you’re of course entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. In this scenario please contact us - we care deeply about ensuring our customers get the best service and products we can provide, and we’ll do what we can to remedy the situation. The refundable goods should be carefully returned by post, the details of which can be arranged upon contacting us.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a purchased, working product for a different one you can contact us to arrange this - however, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return delivery and any potential difference between the listed price of the two items. The returned item must be unused and undamaged to be eligible.
